Building Strong Minds

Only The Strong Foundation is a grassroots organization serving the Denver communities of Montbello and Green Valley Ranch. Our team of mentors work to inspire and support at risk and under served minority students who are furthering their education after high school.

Mission Statement

There are no excuses for not being educated.
Our Team will guide at risk and under served minority students in furthering their ambitions in education, sports and life goals.

GUEST SPEAKING

We invest in a child for a bright future.

We have two major programs and several auxiliary programs. The first program is to provide annual scholarships to any deserving at risk and underserved minority student or student athlete. The recipient will have met our high standards of being an exceptional student in the classroom and exuded leadership skills along with a positive attitude during their high school years.

Our second programs focuses on providing students with basic school supplies and backpacks to start the school year. We are dedicated to the annual school supply giveaway, which helps over 100 kids throughout the community we serve. The auxiliary programs we provide are: financial aid workshops, mentoring, tutoring, youth sports, and motivational speaking.

Dr. Loretta Scott said in her famous words

“We can’t help everyone, but…Everyone can help someone.”

Motivational Speaking

Along with Marcus Jackson, we have a diverse network of individuals that provide great advice and insight into a variety of backgrounds, careers, and experiences. The speakers are available throughout the year at our tutoring and mentoring sessions or at monthly workshops.
